Returns Policy

If for any reason you’re not happy with your clock we accept returns within 10 days.

To request a refund or exchange, email us at within 10 days of your delivery date and we will take it back. Please note that we do not cover any postage costs for returns (postage to Melbourne, Australia), and we do recommend that our customers use registered post with tracking for their protection.

The full refund will be processed when either;

  • The clock makes it back to us in original condition; or,
  • A shipping tracking number is provided via Email to

The clock must be in its original, brand new condition, and not tampered with.

Damaged Goods:

Please inspect your clock/s as soon as it arrives.  If you notice any damage you should make note of it and please also take a photo immediately.  If your item(s) is indeed damaged please immediately send your photo/s of the damage to so we can make a claim with the manufacturer that shipping the product to you (Factory Direct shipping). It is important that you send photos within 48 hours of receiving your clock, so that we can start the claim and refund process.


Unfortunately we cannot offer a Warranty as we are a Factory Direct business. However we do accept Returns and do give Refunds so please do read above.

Out of Stock:

On the very rare occassion that you order from our website and the manufacturer is out of stock, you will be notified and a full refund will be provided within 48 hours.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock it will be processed within 24 hours from the date of your order. Our manufactures will ship the clock/s within 7 days. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at
